Processing Time


All Karat Designs Fine Jewelry styles are meticulously handcrafted to order. Since each piece is made-to-order, we kindly request that you allow 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you have a specific deadline or require expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please reach out to us via email at contact@karatdesigns.com to discuss your needs.

 

Shipping


We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic) and 7-14 business days (international).
- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available upon request. Additional fees may apply.

 

Returns


We gladly accept returns within the following guidelines:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Ship the items back to us within 21 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@karatdesigns.com to request a return authorization. Please note that no refund will be granted without prior return authorization.

Returns made beyond the initial 21-day period are eligible for store credit only, and must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

For your protection, we recommend the following when making a return:

- Pack your returns in the original box.
- Use an insured and trackable courier service for the return shipment.
- Retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

Karat Designs is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit. Be sure to include a note inside the package with your name and order number. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges for return items.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your return and the issuance of your refund. Please allow 1-3 business days for this process.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return


The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Custom or personalized orders
- Eternity Bands made to order
- Items on Sale
- Items Purchased During a Sales Event

 

Conditions of Return


Buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

Cancellations


You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of making a purchase. Address changes can be accommodated at any time before your order has shipped. To make a cancellation or address change request, please contact us directly at contact@karatdesigns.com with your order number in the subject line.
